  • Enter substantial volumes of invoices and financial information into the company database
  • Capture invoice numbers, values, dates, suppliers, and other required details
  • Check invoices and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Compare records to uncover discrepancies, omissions, or possible data errors
  • Keep bookkeeping records accurate, current, and well maintained
  • Complete recurring bookkeeping and data-entry work with consistent accuracy
  • Arrange invoice and financial documentation for efficient access and retrieval
  • Help process and record routine daily financial transactions
  • Enter and process invoices and related information within required timeframes
  • Audit completed entries and fix identified mistakes
  • Apply the company’s established invoice-processing and bookkeeping procedures
  • Protect confidential financial and business information
  • Provide additional support for bookkeeping and invoicing activities when needed

  • Be based in the Philippines
  • Have at least two years of experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, or a comparable finance role
  • Demonstrate experience handling high volumes of financial data and invoice records
  • Bring strong attention to detail and consistently accurate work
  • Understand core bookkeeping and invoice-processing principles
  • Be organised and able to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks reliably
  • Be able to detect discrepancies and errors in financial information
  • Work comfortably with databases and accounting or bookkeeping software
  • Work independently while following defined processes accurately
  • Communicate effectively in writing and conversation
  • Be dependable, organised, and comfortable handling detailed financial records
