  • Shape and deliver content that explains Spark’s products, value proposition, and ecosystem vision
  • Create and oversee blog posts, articles, announcements, press releases, and other marketing materials
  • Turn complex DeFi and financial topics into clear, engaging stories
  • Lead content distribution on X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Find and engage crypto whales, investors, ecosystem participants, and prospective partners
  • Test channels, formats, and distribution approaches to grow reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Review campaign results and audience data to improve performance
  • Build connections with crypto media, journalists, key opinion leaders, influencers, and industry figures
  • Find opportunities for press coverage, interviews, thought leadership, and strategic communications
  • Plan and deliver key opinion leader campaigns
  • Coordinate external agencies and partners as needed
  • Find and pursue co-marketing opportunities with ecosystem partners, protocols, applications, and other organizations
  • Create joint campaigns, content, announcements, and community activities
  • Help take new products, integrations, and strategic launches to market
  • Select relevant industry events and coordinate marketing activities, speaking opportunities, side events, and partner meetings
  • Lead marketing projects from initial idea through delivery and evaluation
  • Set priorities according to expected impact, audience fit, and available resources
  • Monitor results across content, distribution, public relations, partnerships, and campaigns
  • Refine marketing based on data, feedback, and shifts in the market

Талаптар

  • At least 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally including substantial work in crypto, Web3, DeFi, or financial technology
  • Strong grasp of the crypto ecosystem, its audiences, communities, distribution channels, and media
  • Excellent writing and storytelling, with the ability to explain complex products clearly and persuasively
  • Able to deliver marketing initiatives independently rather than depending entirely on agencies or project managers
  • Experience working with key opinion leaders, influencers, public relations agencies, media outlets, and external marketing partners
  • Experience planning and delivering content, social distribution, partnership, and event marketing
  • Uses data to measure campaigns, grow audiences, and improve channels
  • Well organized and able to run several initiatives at once
  • Able to understand products in depth and communicate their technical and commercial value effectively
  • Experience marketing DeFi protocols, stablecoins, lending markets, yield products, or other onchain financial infrastructure is especially valuable
  • Existing connections with crypto media, key opinion leaders, influencers, and ecosystem partners are especially valuable
  • Experience reaching high-value crypto users and investors
  • Experience in lean teams that depend on speed, autonomy, and hands-on execution
  • Familiarity with both crypto-native and traditional finance or institutional audiences
  • Knowledge of the Asia-Pacific crypto market is a significant plus, especially Hong Kong and Singapore’s crypto and financial sectors, Chinese and Greater China media and communities, regional distribution channels and key opinion leader networks, and APAC cultural nuances
