Product Development Data Analyst – Client Reporting
Develop client-facing reports and business intelligence visualizations for State Street’s investment-services clients. Use SQL, data warehousing, and reporting platforms to address complex global data requirements.

- Build reports with IRD and create visualizations in Manage Card Designer (MCD)
- Evaluate large datasets and support data modeling and data mart design
- Deliver reporting and visualization solutions with BI platforms including Jasper, WebFocus, Actuate, and eSpreadsheet
- Use SQL for analysis, query performance tuning, and data validation
- Work with data sourcing teams and product stakeholders to maintain data integrity and align outputs with business logic
- Serve as an IRD subject matter expert for ad hoc report development and issue resolution
- Keep current with big data platforms, cloud technologies, Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise data warehouses
- Lead report development for State Street Investment Services clients and turn complex data into actionable visualizations

- Experience with State Street’s IRD platform is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency with BI tools such as JasperReports, WebFocus, Actuate, and eSpreadsheet
- Strong SQL capability and experience working in large-scale data warehouse environments
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
- Familiarity with big data platforms, cloud technologies, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office investment operations and the trade lifecycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering accurate work on schedule
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, MIS, computer science, or a related discipline
- At least 6 years of experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and business intelligence
- Experience with financial reporting, data warehousing, and BI tool architecture
- Familiarity with SDLC or Agile practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
