  • Own and monitor app metrics covering activation, retention, monetization, and lifetime value
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for product, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Evaluate onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and the effects of product changes
  • Investigate user behavior and funnels to uncover drop-offs, opportunities, and root causes
  • Turn data findings into hypotheses and prioritized product roadmap recommendations
  • Analyze early signals and validate performance during new app launches
  • Work with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver and refine improvements
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis, research, and reporting

Талаптар

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, physics, economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst, ideally in a consumer app or subscription business
  • Strong SQL skills and a sound understanding of statistics and experimentation
  • Working knowledge of product metrics including retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, and CAC
  • Experience with analytics or BI platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau
  • Product-oriented approach with the ability to investigate causes and recommend next steps
  • Strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to act decisively
  • Confidence working with founders and product teams in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
  • Strong appreciation for effective UI/UX and well-crafted product experiences
  • Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Background in mobile apps, subscription products, or growth teams
  • Experience supporting zero-to-one product launches
  • Experience partnering closely with founders or working in startup environments
