- Run daily paid search operations for a portfolio of behavioral health client accounts
- Build and manage campaigns in Google Ads
- Track account performance each day and apply necessary optimizations
- Support reporting and attribution systems that link advertising spend to admissions
- Oversee 10–15 accounts, covering campaign launches, optimization, bidding, ad copy, and audience management
- Monitor pacing, CPL, impression share, and conversion volume daily
- Identify unusual performance trends before escalation
- Validate call tracking, GA4 events, and form-submission conversion tracking
- Use QA checklists and record every account change in ClickUp
- Provide weekly performance updates and assist with monthly client reporting packages
- Take ownership of CPL, cost per VOB, and budget delivery for assigned accounts

- 3–5 years of practical Google Ads management experience in direct-response lead generation
- Agency background with responsibility for multiple accounts at once
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, call-tracking platforms such as CTM or CallRail, and Excel or Sheets for performance analysis
- A process-oriented approach to documenting changes, following SOPs, and completing self-QA before closing work
- C1+ written English and the ability to explain performance findings clearly to senior stakeholders
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, legal, insurance, or finance is a plus
