Part-Time Remote Behavior Consultant - Pennsylvania
Provide in-community behavioral health services to Pennsylvania youth ages 2–21. Create treatment plans and coordinate ABA-aligned interventions with families, providers, and care teams.

- Assess behavior and observe clients to identify treatment targets
- Create and track Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with families and providers
- Deliver ABA-aligned interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
- Work with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to advance client progress
- Maintain clinical oversight and documentation, and report progress against treatment goals
- Deliver in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21

- Meet at least one qualifying pathway: Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist license; BCBA certification or graduate-level behavior analysis certification; a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis; or a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling plus one year of full-time direct mental health services with children or youth, or a clinical or mental health practicum
- Pass Pennsylvania criminal, child abuse, and FBI background clearances
- Hold a license such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, or CRNP that permits oversight of ABA services
- Leadership or behavioral health supervisory experience is preferred
- Apply strong clinical judgment
- Produce clear, thorough documentation
