- Operate and optimize Oracle databases supporting customers’ business-critical systems
- Standardize and automate platforms and operational processes
- Apply Oracle technologies alongside Ansible and Jenkins for automation and CI/CD
- Support environments based on AIX, Solaris, and Exadata Cloud@Customer
- Work with Oracle 26ai, Exadata Cloud@Customer, and OCI platforms
- Use agile practices to advance automation and continuous improvement
- Solve technical challenges across varied customer environments
- Work from a Swisscom office in Switzerland or from a home office

- Experience operating and administering Oracle databases
- Hands-on enterprise experience with Ansible
- Strong knowledge of automating and standardizing operational processes
- Knowledge of Linux and Unix environments
- Interest in automating manual work and advancing platform capabilities
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for technical challenges
- Good written and spoken English
- German language skills are advantageous
- Experience with Exadata, OCI, SQL/PLSQL, RMAN, Data Guard, or Agentic-Driven Operations is optional
