Maintain regular Monday–Friday business hours aligned with the applicable U.S. time zone for team collaboration

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
At least three years of substantive legal experience
Active licenses in at least two of North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia; other active licenses may be considered
Strong written and verbal advocacy abilities
Capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team
Excellent organization, time management, and personal accountability
Persistent, resourceful, and proactive approach to problem-solving
Confidence in taking ownership of outcomes from start to finish
Willingness to travel for in-person hearings, firm training, meetings, and other firm-sponsored events
Proficiency with Mac and Apple operating systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

Experience using timekeeping and case management software
Familiarity with legal research applications
Submission of a cover letter, resume, and at least three professional references
