- Track competitors and apply market insight to design work.
- Develop and promote new personalisation options.
- Present concepts to senior colleagues and share progress on product development.
- Maintain project critical paths and deliver work on schedule.

- Strong working knowledge of Matrix Gold CAD software.
- A design qualification, preferably in jewellery, fashion, CAD or product design.
- At least one year of experience in a jewellery or CAD role.
- Experience taking jewellery products from initial concept to finished design.
- Strong visual communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- High accuracy in written communication and numeracy.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace.
