- Develop water-supply, storm-water, and drainage design layouts
- Produce schematic and statutory approval drawings, along with material take-offs, from PHE layouts
- Provide foundational data for design calculations
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural services
- Work with BIM leads on model uploads, workflows, conversions, and clash resolution across MEP services
- Deliver assigned outputs within agreed deadlines
- Share technical knowledge with junior colleagues and support their development
- Lead a modelling team independently with limited supervision
Талаптар
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification in the relevant engineering discipline
- At least four years of professional experience in PHE design
- Practical experience modelling plumbing systems and preparing layouts
- Experience creating schematic diagrams and bills of quantities
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Aecosim, MicroStation, and standard IT tools
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
