  • Support the marketing campaign manager with day-to-day campaign activities
  • Coordinate integrated work across brand, digital, and communications teams
  • Gather campaign content, assets, and specifications from internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with Global Delivery Services and outsourced teams on campaign execution
  • Coordinate content distribution with service line, regional, and sector BMC teams
  • Provide project coordination throughout the full campaign lifecycle
  • Organize project meetings, documentation, updates, deliverables, and approvals
  • Coordinate cross-team actions to support delivery against deadlines
  • Monitor digital programs, the information mailbox, media-tracking tools, and social feeds
  • Maintain campaign progress and performance reports
  • Manage schedules, status updates, changes, milestones, actions, and deadlines
  • Keep campaign documentation and assets accurate, organized, and current
  • Design and deliver marketing programs aligned with EY’s Integrated Go-To-Market strategy
  • Strengthen EY’s brand presence and client relationships through integrated campaigns

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One to three years of experience coordinating campaigns
  • Self-motivated approach with the ability to set and meet goals
  • Strong communication and networking skills for engaging senior leaders
  • Understanding of EY’s business model and confidence navigating complex organizational structures
  • Adaptability when managing competing demands, changing priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • Collaborative team approach with accountability for deliverables
  • Experience coordinating projects and managing campaigns
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-moving environment
  • Ability to quickly learn EY’s business, priorities, structure, internal audiences, offerings, and client issues across sectors, service lines, and geographies
  • Ability to support change, innovation, process automation, and continuous improvement
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services or a comparable industry
  • Knowledge of marketing measurement and analytics
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Planner, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience using social media aggregation platforms such as Sprinklr and Hootsuite
  • Knowledge of data visualization and email marketing
