  • Support actuarial valuations of employee-benefit liabilities, pension plans, and other employee benefits
  • Compile, validate, and reconcile databases for actuarial, accounting, and benefits processes
  • Review and reconcile actuarial and accounting results, investigating and tracking discrepancies
  • Monitor employee-benefit arrangements in Mexico, including pension plans, seniority premiums, and statutory severance
  • Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, logs, and documentation related to pensions, benefits, and employee-benefit liabilities
  • Respond to requests from internal teams, consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies, including CONSAR
  • Prepare information and supporting evidence for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory processes
  • Help improve and automate processes, controls, and analyses using technology and data tools
  • Stay current on applicable Mexican regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting provisions, and regulatory requirements while strengthening controls and continuous improvement

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in pensions, employee benefits, actuarial valuations, employee-benefit liabilities, information analysis, or a related area
  • Knowledge of employee-benefit arrangements and pension plans in Mexico, including seniority premiums and statutory severance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including database handling and analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliations
  • Knowledge of accounting standards for employee benefits, particularly NIF D-3 and IFRS
  • Knowledge of pension regulations and applicable CONSAR requirements
  • Programming and data-analysis skills, preferably with Python
  • Availability for a hybrid schedule at Torre BBVA Reforma in Mexico City
