  • Collaborate with account managers, sales representatives, distributors, and channel partners to support Grid Solutions customers across utilities, industrial markets, and the energy sector.
  • Manage customer inquiries, communications, and follow-up for bids, orders, reports, invoices, agreements, and contract requirements.
  • Coordinate between the outside sales team, customers, and internal Technical Product Support teams.
  • Support sales strategies through direct customer communication.
  • Prepare, submit, track, and close quotations.
  • Enter orders and confirm pricing, lead times, and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate and document order changes involving bills of material, drawings, pricing, and availability.
  • Build customer relationships and act as the primary interface between customers and GE Vernova.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to others.

  • Three or more years of experience in sales and sales operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least three years of direct experience in sales or customer support for technical industrial or commercially manufactured products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret specifications and understand specific customer requirements.
  • Experience with electrical power products and utility industries.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
