Inside Sales Representative - Winston-Salem Hybrid
Help college customers arrange moving, storage, and shipping services with Storage Scholars. Manage leads, estimates, bookings, upgrades, and referrals throughout the sales process.

- Respond to inbound leads from submitted forms and incoming calls
- Contact current and former customers proactively to encourage service use
- Prepare service estimates by phone, SMS, and email
- Assist customers with booking moves through the online portal
- Recommend additional services and upgrades
- Build and generate customer referrals
- Provide consultative guidance on student move-in, move-out, storage, and shipping solutions
- Help customers understand and adopt Storage Scholars’ services

- Comfort working through rapid changes and demanding workloads
- A confident, professional phone presence
- High emotional intelligence when working with colleagues and clients
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Preferred: 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar setting
- Availability for a full-time, 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during the March–September peak season
