Inside Sales Representative - Monterrey Hybrid
Manage customer inquiries and sales of trucks, leases, financing, and related documentation. Support Charger Logistics’ asset-based freight transportation operations in Monterrey.

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare and submit the documentation needed to complete vehicle sales, leases, and financing.
- Keep complete sales records, including contact reports, quotes, specifications, orders, expense reports, and other required documents.
- Build strong knowledge of the trucking industry and used equipment, and explain vehicle features, accessories, and customer benefits.
- Submit all required documents to support efficient financing and credit approval processing.
- Keep used-truck inventory and ownership documentation current.
- Coordinate with the Department of Transportation to facilitate sales transfers and complete the required paperwork.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance is required.
- At least three years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss truck sales in technical detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and sustain customer relationships.
- Comfort speaking with customers in person and by phone, including making cold calls.
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
