Analyse customer AML, fraud and screening needs and recommend appropriate configurations
Convert policies, screening logic, regulatory obligations and risk factors into Hawk rules, screening, customer risk ratings and workflows
Direct technical deployments and integrations using API or batch approaches
Support testing, UAT, approvals, issue resolution and the move to production
Provide functional and technical training for customer teams
Manage implementation delivery from contract signing through on-time, in-scope go-live
Keep implementation records current and issue consistent stakeholder updates
Act as the main contact for implementation-related questions and problems
Work with Customer Value Partners and relay actionable customer feedback to Product, Development and the GTM organisation
Record configuration decisions and rationale for auditor and regulator review
Take ownership of implementation activities and results, completing work and meeting committed go-live dates

Талаптар

At least six years of implementation or solution consulting experience, including three or more years delivering AML, fraud or screening solutions hands-on
Deep AML and compliance expertise covering major typologies, regulatory expectations and monitoring programmes
Confidence discussing and defending rule sets with an MLRO
Practical data experience with SQL, APIs, CSV, JSON and data modelling
Familiarity with SWIFT MT, ISO 20022, SEPA and card data
Working knowledge of API integrations, JSON payloads, SFTP setup and SSO
Demonstrated success delivering complex implementations on schedule, preferably several concurrently, for banks or other financial institutions
Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders while managing expectations
Fluent spoken and written English
Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Business-fluent German is advantageous
CAMS or an equivalent certification, or experience in a second-line compliance or MLRO function, is advantageous
Experience incorporating AI tools such as Claude into daily work is advantageous
