Lead Tether AI’s international growth by expanding adoption of QVAC and decentralized AI solutions. Build strategic partnerships, shape go-to-market execution, and establish a global AI expansion organization.

- Expand QVAC and Tether AI adoption among enterprises, institutions, and public-sector organizations worldwide.
- Assess where private, local, decentralized, or sovereign AI can deliver meaningful strategic value.
- Connect practical AI opportunities to organizational priorities and develop sound implementation cases.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite technology leaders, AI executives, and government representatives while strengthening existing accounts.
- Lead the sourcing, design, negotiation, and completion of strategic AI partnerships and deployments.
- Create alliances with providers of compute, hardware, infrastructure, and complementary technologies.
- Track alliance results, surface potential threats, and put effective mitigation measures in place.
- Own the development and delivery of Tether AI’s worldwide go-to-market approach.
- Prioritize markets, sectors, and commercially significant AI applications for expansion.
- Translate client needs into deployable offerings in partnership with product and engineering teams.
- Develop and oversee a worldwide pipeline of high-value strategic AI opportunities.
- Stay informed on market conditions, competitors, regulation, and technology shifts.
- Create and direct Tether AI’s international expansion function.
- Hire expansion managers, partnership specialists, solution architects, and other essential team members.
- Set measurable KPIs, repeatable operating playbooks, and effective commercial workflows.
- Coordinate closely with Tether’s AI, engineering, product, and regional expansion organizations.
- Act as Tether AI’s representative in senior business discussions, public-sector meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Present Tether as a strategic enabler of AI sovereignty, privacy, resilience, and independent infrastructure.

- At least seven years of experience spanning AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology-focused business development.
- Deep familiarity with AI and machine learning, LLMs, inference, edge and local computing, data infrastructure, and decentralized architectures.
- A demonstrated record of personally originating, structuring, and closing major enterprise technology deals and partnerships.
- Established connections with senior leaders in enterprises, technology firms, and/or government organizations.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-development capabilities.
- Background hiring and leading strong-performing teams.
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial approach suited to rapidly changing environments.
- Degree in AI, computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
- Availability for international travel.
- Additional advantage: fluency in at least three languages.
- Highly proficient English communication skills.
