  • Collaborate with senior marketing and creative leaders on AI-powered content strategies
  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives on Typeface’s generative AI platform
  • Advise CMOs, creative executives, and brand teams on AI solutions and strategic priorities
  • Build executive confidence through clear communication, governance, and proactive risk management
  • Create GenAI and digital content transformation strategies tied to customer business objectives
  • Run discovery workshops and develop roadmaps for email, advertising, social, SEO, and video use cases
  • Work with engineers and solution architects to turn business needs into scalable technical requirements
  • Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment, including Brand Hub setup, agent customization, and integrations with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360
  • Increase adoption through enablement, change management, and practical best-practice guidance
  • Establish success measures for adoption, content velocity, brand consistency, cost efficiency, and campaign results
  • Convert customer insights into product requirements and roadmap recommendations
  • Develop reusable implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices

  • At least seven years of experience in business consulting, digital strategy, enterprise software, AI/ML implementation, or marketing technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of marketing operations, creative workflows, and content supply chain challenges
  • Exceptional ability to manage C-level stakeholders
  • Practical knowledge of generative AI capabilities, limitations, and enterprise requirements
  • Working familiarity with SaaS architecture, APIs, and modern software delivery models
  • Experience with marketing technology ecosystems, including CMS, DAM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of generative AI for text, image, and video creation, including brand governance and content safety
  • Ability to combine strategic judgment with hands-on delivery in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving AI environment
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences and manage associated risks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
