DSV Onsite Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Provide executive support to DSV’s Managing Director through schedule coordination, reporting, data analysis, and follow-up on strategic initiatives. The role supports a global transport and logistics company operating in more than 90 countries.

- Oversee the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses
- Create presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and business correspondence
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders on priority initiatives and follow-up activities
- Track action items and drive timely completion of assigned deliverables
- Consolidate, analyze, and present business and P&O data with Excel, Power BI, or comparable tools
- Produce recurring management reports, dashboards, and performance updates
- Protect confidential and sensitive business information
- Assist with special projects and additional assigned responsibilities
