Join Grainger as a Distribution Center Associate supporting inbound and outbound warehouse fulfillment in Mira Loma, California. Use scanning equipment while meeting safety, quality, productivity, and shipping standards.

- Handle inbound and outbound warehouse activities safely, including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishment, auditing, and packing
- Pack and ship products accurately to support customer quality and delivery expectations
- Follow required safety, quality, productivity, conduct, attendance, and overtime standards
- Use computerized scanning equipment to process warehouse work
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized while following OSHA and hazardous-material requirements
- Complete additional assignments from the leadership team
- Report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager
- Work regularly with other team members

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to work on your feet in heat, cold, noise, and dust, including around moving equipment and elevated workstations
- Able to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages weighing up to 75 pounds
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Able to accept feedback and collaborate effectively with a team
- For PIE operators, able to use warehouse vehicles, material-handling equipment, and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, and Turret Truck
