  • Deploy, configure, upgrade, optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot Informatica and Cognos applications in large MMIS environments
  • Coordinate with partner teams to complete deliverables
  • Handle tickets and inquiries within established response times
  • Communicate actions and status promptly and participate in required meetings
  • Complete administrative responsibilities, including training, timekeeping, performance processes, and policy compliance
  • Provide support outside standard business hours for projects and system changes
  • Install and support Cognos and Informatica throughout the operating-environment lifecycle for multiple clients
  • Improve platform performance and apply updates and vulnerability remediations

  • Demonstrated discipline and integrity when working with US-based teams, along with effective communication skills
  • At least five years of hands-on experience with Cognos v11 and v12, Informatica PowerCenter v10.x, IDMC, and CDI-PC on Linux
  • Experience configuring LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO authentication
  • Experience administering Cognos servers, gateways, dispatchers, and content store databases
  • Experience deploying and migrating Cognos reports and Informatica code between environments
  • Experience diagnosing report failures, server problems, and production incidents
  • Experience coordinating work with development teams
  • Experience tuning and optimizing ETL job performance
  • Experience overseeing backups, recovery, and migrations across DEV, QA, and PROD environments
  • Experience implementing high-availability and disaster-recovery strategies
  • Experience creating and updating published system documentation
  • Ability to perform assigned responsibilities and adopt additional technologies as required
  • Availability to work outside standard business hours for projects and system changes
  • Experience with Forgerock, Business Objects v4.3 in a clustered setup, or Tableau is an advantage
