Manage outbound sales, placement, and activation of business credit cards for Konfío. The fintech provides financing, credit, and payment solutions for Mexican small and midsize businesses.

- Manage and track assigned opportunity pipelines to maximize business card placements.
- Execute multichannel outbound sales through calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive customer conversion, activation, and spending.
- Support customers after application submission, ensuring acceptance, activation, and first use.
- Record and categorize every interaction in Salesforce to maintain complete process traceability.
- Coordinate with Risk, Operations, and Product teams to streamline the customer experience.
- Follow quality standards, approved sales scripts, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Талаптар
- Two to three years of experience in sales, credit placement, or card placement within financial services, fintech, banking, or insurance, serving small and midsize businesses.
- Demonstrated experience with outbound sales through calls, WhatsApp, email, and digital prospecting.
- Strong results orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce is preferred.
- Proficiency with technology tools such as G Suite.
- Ability to analyze commercial and financial information related to the small and midsize business sector.
