Clinical Sales Representative – da Vinci Surgical System at Intuitive
Drive clinical adoption and utilization of Intuitive’s da Vinci Surgical System across Southern California. Train surgical teams, support operating-room integration, and grow procedure and instrument sales.

- Sell clinically to increase da Vinci Surgical System utilization across Southern California
- Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to build strategies that expand robotic-system use
- Train and mentor surgical teams on operating-room integration and da Vinci Surgery applications
- Act as a da Vinci Surgery resource across core surgical specialties
- Support regional Sales and Marketing events that build system awareness and procedure adoption
- Create da Vinci Surgery plans that enable surgical teams to use the system independently
- Expand the user base through relationships with key opinion leaders
- Generate sales of instruments and accessories
- Coach new team members toward high performance in clinical sales roles
- Handle administrative duties, sales activities, and expense reporting

- Live in or be willing to relocate to Orange County, California
- At least five years of sales experience, including two or more years in healthcare sales
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Availability to work nights and weekends when needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- Operating-room experience or knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated record of success
- Strong ambition and exceptional work ethic
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
- May be required to provide current vaccination documentation for certain diseases, including COVID-19
- May be subject to U.S. export-control requirements

- Total target compensation of $223,200 for Region 2
- Compensation package includes base pay, commission, benefits, and equity
