  • Create and maintain internal reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions for the Vehicle Personal Property and Business Divisions
  • Analyze operational data to identify improvements in performance, processes, compliance monitoring, and service delivery
  • Assess reports and dashboards for accuracy, usefulness, and business alignment, retiring redundant or outdated resources
  • Produce and oversee reports for external stakeholders in line with regulatory and reporting obligations
  • Verify data accuracy, coordinate with external partners, and deliver required reports by established deadlines
  • Provide advanced support, maintenance, and improvements for core business applications
  • Resolve complex application and data problems with the Department of Technology Services and external vendors
  • Apply reporting and analytics tools to detect and correct duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records
  • Collect and document business and technical requirements, prioritizing work by impact, effort, and operational deadlines
  • Create training and documentation and provide user support to encourage effective system adoption

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Some experience in a technology role involving business systems, reporting, analytics, application support, or a related function
  • Relevant additional experience may replace the education requirement on a year-for-year basis
  • Preferred experience extracting, validating, cleansing, and quality-checking data
  • Preferred experience eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements
  • Preferred experience supporting or improving highly customized enterprise applications
  • Preferred experience coordinating technical problems with internal technology teams or vendors
  • Preferred experience in tax administration, local government, finance, compliance, or another regulated operating environment
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, analytics solutions, or data feeds
  • Understanding of data quality, data integrity, and reporting governance practices
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to operational employees, leaders, technology partners, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing requests and set priorities according to business impact, effort, and deadlines
  • Experience creating documentation, training materials, and user-support resources
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
  • Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment background check
