- Manage working relationships with clinicians.
- Respond to stakeholder requests for health content.
- Assess evidence, data, and research to inform content decisions.
- Write and edit health content across multiple formats.
- Develop stakeholder relationships while prioritising user needs.
- Apply and contribute to internal health content style and production guidance.
- Work with health content, digital, and clinical teams.
- Prepare briefs for multimedia content.
- Participate in content and workflow improvement discussions.
- Coordinate with freelance editors.
- Obtain feedback and approval from specialist clinicians.
- Support the planning of content reviews.
