APAC Sales Manager for Children's Online Courses
Lead online trial classes in English, recommend coding and digital-skills programs, and help parents choose the right enrollment option for Kodland.

- Deliver engaging one-to-one online trial lessons for children
- Meet the child and at least one parent through Zoom
- Establish rapport while evaluating each child's background, interests, and goals
- Facilitate practical activities with prepared coding, game-logic, and digital-skills materials
- Match families with the most suitable Kodland program
- Respond to questions, resolve concerns, and support families through enrollment decisions
- Work from 7:00 AM CET until 12:00–1:00 PM CET, five days weekly, with one weekday and one weekend day off
- Complete onboarding, assessments, coaching, feedback sessions, and webinars

- Speak English clearly and confidently so English-speaking parents can follow easily
- Have a laptop or PC equipped with a functioning webcam and microphone
- Maintain a reliable internet connection suitable for video calls
- Provide a quiet workspace and keep your camera on during sessions
- Be available for 20–25 hours per week during peak hours
- Enjoy communicating with children and parents
- Sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching experience is helpful
- Previous work with children and/or parents is helpful
- Be comfortable organizing your own schedule while working remotely
