Zillow Video Content Producer

Oversee video production operations for Zillow’s real estate platform, from project intake through delivery and publishing. Coordinate production teams and resources, manage YouTube workflows, and use performance insights to improve content.

Description

  • Coordinate video projects from initial request to final delivery.
  • Manage content calendars, tracking documents, production schedules, shot lists, media, post-production, and publishing processes.
  • Find ways to apply AI, automation, and emerging tools to production work.
  • Maintain the shared content calendar and allocate resources across teams.
  • Identify opportunities for joint filming and connect producers with post-production support.
  • Work with editorial, social, creative, brand, media, and production teams to set priorities and align contributors.
  • Help run YouTube publishing, including scheduling, content packaging, performance reports, testing, and refinement.
  • Coordinate in-house crews as well as agencies, production companies, and other vendors.
  • Oversee production logistics, estimates, statements of work, budgets, and reviews.
  • Contribute to creative and production planning, including talent selection and post-production requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in video or content production, creative operations, or a related area.
  • Strong project coordination skills, including managing several projects, stakeholders, and deadlines at once.
  • Knowledge of the full video production process and digital publishing.
  • Experience collaborating with internal creative teams, agencies, vendors, and production partners.
  • Understanding of YouTube, search optimization, audience behavior, and video analytics.
  • Ability to use data to strengthen content, publishing, and audience growth.
  • Organized, self-starting, collaborative, and focused on finding solutions.
  • Interest in production systems, AI, automation, and new tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in film, communications, marketing, business, or a related subject is preferred but not required.
  • Practical editing, post-production, or on-set experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, and Figma is useful.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
