Worldwide EUV Field Service Engineer / Service Technician
Provide field service support for TRUMPF EUV CO2 laser sources used in semiconductor manufacturing worldwide. Install, commission, repair, troubleshoot, and optimize systems during international customer assignments.
Description
- Deliver global technical support for EUV CO2 laser sources
- Install, commission, optically align, acceptance-test, and optimize EUV CO2 laser sources according to qualification
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems independently
- Perform repairs, retrofits, and system upgrades
- Record and report unresolved or recurring technical issues
- Work in rotating international teams with flexible travel and cross-cultural collaboration
- Complete multi-week worldwide assignments on shifts in a 24/7 operating environment
- Partner with technical specialists to develop solutions to complex problems
Requirements
- Technical apprenticeship as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, electrician, or technician, or a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable discipline
- Demonstrated technical expertise
- Very strong English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous
- Complete willingness to travel worldwide, up to 100%
- Customer-focused, service-oriented approach
- Collaborative and adaptable working style
- Availability for multi-week international assignments and shift work
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- SAP and JIRA experience is advantageous
