Description

  • Partner with the founding team on strategic and operational finance.
  • Analyze SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, burn rate, runway, and cohorts.
  • Help build financial models, forecasts, scenarios, and budgets.
  • Create and maintain investor materials, including pitch decks, KPI sheets, data rooms, and reporting structures.
  • Research markets, competitors, and benchmarks across SaaS, audit and quality management, and GRC.
  • Contribute to strategic work on pricing, go-to-market, expansion, and tools.
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks for the founders.
  • Help establish investor-ready financials and KPI reporting.
  • Contribute to financial records, reports, and investor materials.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program such as business, finance, industrial engineering, computer science, data science, or a related subject.
  • Strong analytical, data-focused approach.
  • Skilled with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, modeling, and well-structured spreadsheets.
  • Interest in startups, SaaS, venture capital, fundraising, and building companies.
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Excellent German (C2) and good English.
  • Available 15–20 hours per week.
  • Preferred: Some experience in a startup, venture capital, consulting, finance, or SaaS.
  • Preferred: Basic knowledge of SaaS business models.
  • Preferred: Experience with BI tools, CRM data, or financial reporting.
