Description
- Engage healthcare decision-makers through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
- Create qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the field sales team
- Develop relationships with clinicians and NHS stakeholders
- Work with Territory Managers to refine targeting and improve lead quality
- Keep customer and activity information accurate in the CRM
- Meet activity, engagement, and opportunity-generation targets consistently
- Promote Abbott Diabetes Care’s diabetes management solutions and FreeStyle Libre portfolio across the South Region
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or virtual selling
- History of booking sales-ready meetings supported by results and conversion metrics
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers by phone
- Experience working against KPI and activity targets
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage a territory virtually
- Resilient, persistent, and highly organised
- Able to influence clinicians and NHS stakeholders remotely
- Comfortable using CRM systems, AI tools, and digital technologies to improve productivity
- Based in the United Kingdom
- Willing to travel 5% of the time
