- Develop content concepts that support the brand, target audience, and marketing goals
- Write scripts for short-form videos
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Edit full-length podcast episodes for YouTube and produce social media highlight clips
- Schedule and publish content on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify
- Write captions designed to strengthen audience engagement
- Turn podcast transcripts into LinkedIn articles and SEO-optimised blog posts
- Oversee the complete content publishing workflow across social platforms
- Keep publishing consistent with the schedule and brand guidelines
- Work with the team to improve content results and workflow efficiency
- Respond to followers, like comments, and interact with relevant accounts
- Manage ManyChat workflows, including reels connected to related lead magnets
- Produce consistently polished, high-quality video content for multiple platforms
- Help grow audience reach and engagement through compelling content and reliable publishing
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
- Strong video editing ability across polished short-form and long-form content
- Background creating content for video-first social platforms
- Experience writing scripts, captions, and longer-form content
- Working knowledge of social media strategy and platform best practices
- Ability to transform long-form content into multiple formats
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Strong commitment to producing high-quality content
- Podcast editing experience is highly regarded
- SEO content writing and LinkedIn content strategy experience are highly regarded
- Experience with content scheduling and social media management tools is highly regarded
- Familiarity with AI tools that streamline content creation is highly regarded
- Experience working remotely with international businesses is highly regarded
