Description
- Manage video projects from the initial brief through final export
- Produce high-conversion Meta advertisements, YouTube videos, and product explainers
- Work with copywriters, designers, and animators to turn creative concepts into finished content
- Shape pacing, rhythm, timing, sound design, and the overall visual quality of each edit
- Investigate AI video tools and production methods to support ideation and improve efficiency
Requirements
- Demonstrated confidence editing video for an internal team, studio, or agency
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Practical experience using Adobe After Effects
- High standards for pacing, sound, color, and final visual polish
- Experience creating video content for Meta, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while preserving a distinctive, recognizable creative style
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to creative collaboration
- Willingness to use AI-supported workflows and explore their practical applications
- Knowledge of color grading in DaVinci Resolve is advantageous
- Experience with sound design and audio storytelling is advantageous
