Description

  • Migrate customer environments from legacy systems to modern platforms
  • Manage policy mappings, data retention settings, API configurations, and log-ingestion validation using Palo Alto Networks Golden Standard design templates
  • Facilitate practitioner-focused Day in the Life workshops
  • Train customer teams on platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic AI, and automated playbooks
  • Provide individual and cohort-based training
  • Conduct structured Value Realization sessions with customer technical stakeholders
  • Use native platform dashboards to demonstrate return on investment, security effectiveness, and operational efficiency
  • Obtain formal project sign-off and confirm customer satisfaction
  • Manage the complete customer transition lifecycle within a coordinated global operating model

Requirements

  • Professional-level technical expertise in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting
  • Hands-on experience with the Palo Alto Networks portfolio, including Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata, or with directly competing migration projects
  • Strong technical foundation in security automation
  • Experience using CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configuration and data modeling
  • Excellent communication skills for customer-facing work
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops and engage confidently with executives
  • A focus on artificial intelligence and automation
  • Ability to create reusable playbook concepts and write technical documentation
