Manage customer relationships, sales targets and in-store execution for Bega Group’s food and beverage portfolio across North Brisbane, with a monthly regional run to Kingaroy.

Description

  • Serve customers and channels across North Brisbane, including a monthly regional run to Kingaroy
  • Achieve agreed sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with the customer base
  • Deliver profitable growth through disciplined territory planning and execution
  • Increase sales through product distribution and in-store visibility
  • Sell Bega Group’s portfolio of spreads, milk, milk-based beverages and other products
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet profit-growth targets by maintaining product availability
  • Create and maintain compliant promotional programs for customers
  • Deliver high-quality in-store execution, including point-of-sale activation and planogram compliance
  • Improve fridge utilisation, share of shelf and management of in-store fridge locations

Requirements

  • Live in or near the North Brisbane region
  • Prior sales experience is highly regarded
  • Experience in the independent grocery channel is advantageous but not required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with varied stakeholders
  • Openness to testing new strategies and questioning existing approaches
  • Teamwork and resilience to address sales challenges and meet targets
  • Current valid driver’s licence
  • Completion of a pre-employment medical
  • Current right to live and work in Australia
