Systems Engineer - Gdansk Hybrid

Description

  • Translate product requirements into complete system-level solutions
  • Analyze systems throughout the lifecycle, from concept and design through industrialization, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal
  • Perform functional and schedule analysis, allocate requirements, and define system interfaces
  • Break down customer and system requirements into subsystem and component specifications
  • Develop verification criteria and verification plans
  • Lead technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation activities
  • Set objectives for requirements management, reliability, logistics, team coordination, and performance measurement
  • Assess technologies, resources, procedures, equipment, and systems to support organizational quality improvements
  • Maintain project content in Confluence and JIRA, including useful project dashboards
  • Advance process optimization, reliability, and cross-functional collaboration while meeting cost, schedule, and performance targets

Requirements

  • At least five years of relevant professional experience
  • A university degree, preferably in a technical discipline, is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently with limited managerial supervision
  • Practical experience decomposing and allocating requirements
  • Experience conducting functional analysis, schedule analysis, and interface definition studies
  • Experience converting customer requirements into hardware, software, and mechanical specifications
  • Experience with requirements management, reliability, logistics, and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience using Confluence and JIRA, including building meaningful dashboards
  • Experience in system integration, verification, and validation
  • Experience with configuration management and architectural exploration
