Requirements
- Experience developing software or ownership of an existing software product, application, or repository
- Full ownership of, or legal authority to license, the submitted source code
- Access to the original repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently created software
- The code must exclude third-party material that you lack permission to sublicense
