Senior Yardi Voyager Business Applications Analyst

Description

  • Serve as the primary connection between Property Accounting and system support, coordinating the resolution of Yardi issues
  • Administer and maintain the Chart of Accounts by creating accounts, updating codes, and managing headers and total-into accounts
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Custom Account Tree functionality
  • Coordinate finance and accounting system implementations involving Fixed Assets, Construction Manager, Intercompany, Procure-to-Pay, and Payment Processing
  • Review Trial Balance and accounts receivable data during operator transitions and acquisitions
  • Help correct issues involving BOM and Property Accounting ledgers
  • Provide backup assistance for Medicaid-related activities when required
  • Perform recurring access and role-provisioning audits against internal controls and audit requirements
  • Work with internal support teams to diagnose and resolve application challenges
  • Support the AVP, Operations with training programs that build operational proficiency in Yardi functionality
  • Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders in support of strategic initiatives
  • Participate in agile and project-based work that advances system processes and reporting
  • Travel outside the assigned area and overnight travel may be required for relevant projects

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or technology implementation
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Yardi implementation projects
  • Experience with Yardi Senior Voyager and related modules is preferred
  • Background in project management and technical support
  • Experience planning and implementing system changes in a SOX-controlled environment is preferred
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel to the United Kingdom
  • Employment depends on successfully completing background screening, drug testing, and verification of relevant employment, education, and other credentials
