Senior Test Data Manager – Warsaw Hybrid
Lead secure and compliant test data management for a Nordic bank’s Home Journey program. Establish governance, automated provisioning, and self-service testing capabilities.
Description
- Develop and execute the test data management strategy
- Build governance, ownership, and operating processes with the Central Data Provisioning team
- Set policies for data provisioning, masking, retention, and refresh cycles
- Create KPIs and reporting to measure TDM effectiveness
- Evaluate test data processes, tools, and ownership to uncover gaps, risks, dependencies, and inefficiencies
- Document critical business journeys
- Define the target test data management operating model
- Implement self-service test data capabilities for delivery teams
- Clarify TDM roles and responsibilities across Agile Release Trains and individual teams
- Automate test data provisioning and connect TDM with CI/CD pipelines
- Support on-demand test data generation and refresh workflows
- Lead proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives
- Direct TDM rollout and adoption across the program
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in testing, quality assurance, or data management
- Demonstrated experience building enterprise test data management capabilities
- Strong knowledge of TDM processes, data masking and anonymization, GDPR and regulatory compliance, end-to-end testing, test automation, AI use cases, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile or DevOps delivery
- Practical experience with web services testing, SOAP, SOA testing, Jenkins, and mobile performance testing
- Understanding of mainframe systems
- Experience coordinating test data across multiple applications, integrated platforms, and distributed teams
- Experience performing TDM assessments, developing strategies, and designing operating models
- Experience with data masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and provisioning methods
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Banking, mortgage, or financial services experience is preferred
- Experience with customer onboarding or Home Journey processes is preferred
- Familiarity with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software TDM, Informatica TDM, Broadcom TDM, or comparable synthetic data generation tools is preferred
