- Lead discovery sessions with enterprise customers to shape workflow architectures and long-term digital strategies
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship across Professional Services, Product, and Development during new product launches
- Work with executive stakeholders and project managers to improve delivery methods and internal consulting environments
- Handle complex architecture escalations while advancing process improvements across customer engagements
- Assess enterprise customer needs, design complete system workflows, and translate complex business issues into digital solutions
- Align customer vision with implementation execution and ongoing product innovation
Requirements
- At least five years implementing and supporting Trimble Construction One applications, including Spectrum ERP
- At least ten years of professional consulting experience focused on the construction industry
- Advanced knowledge of construction operations, including accounting processes such as General Ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll, or project workflows such as job costing, change management, and billing
- Demonstrated success managing complex customer relationships, gathering requirements, and leading multiple concurrent projects
- Working knowledge of project management methods and enterprise platforms including Salesforce and Google Workspace
- Experience with Smartsheet or professional services automation platforms such as Kantata is an advantage
- PMP certification or formal training in instructional design and technical consulting is an advantage
