Description

  • Engage with customers to translate feedback into solutions across design, development, and delivery
  • Produce clean, maintainable code that supports platform performance and reliability at scale
  • Assess and champion technical approaches that address genuine customer needs
  • Facilitate code reviews and help mentor fellow engineers
  • Spot opportunities to strengthen and improve the platform
  • Explain technical ideas clearly to engineers, product collaborators, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in planning, retrospectives, and related Agile activities
  • Help shape construction technology products used by construction professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least five years of experience developing software for production environments
  • Demonstrated ownership of technical problems from initial discovery through completed delivery
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with exposure to scaling and reliability challenges
  • Advanced practical experience with React and C#/.NET
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted software engineering
  • Solid knowledge of software design patterns and their practical application
  • Experience working with contemporary Agile and Scrum development methods
  • Customer outcomes should be the primary measure of a solution’s success
  • Ability to share expertise, mentor colleagues, and help elevate engineering standards
