Description

  • Configure and deploy SAP GRC solutions across Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess risks, uncover vulnerabilities, and define mitigation plans.
  • Establish governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that reflect regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal controls.
  • Review business processes to detect Segregation of Duties conflicts.
  • Develop role-based access controls and authorization profiles.
  • Maintain and support SAP GRC environments through troubleshooting, performance improvements, and user training.
  • Direct GRC projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform recurring audits and evaluations of GRC processes and controls.
  • Guide senior leaders, internal teams, and external auditors on GRC requirements and practices.
  • Track evolving regulatory obligations and developments in GRC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least eight years of experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP GRC, particularly Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
  • Proven ability to perform risk assessments, build governance frameworks, and implement compliance programs in complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading GRC projects, initiatives, or audits.
  • SAP GRC or risk management certifications, such as CISA or CRISC, are strongly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP Security, user provisioning, and role administration.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
