Senior Salesforce Practice Architect - Remote Virginia

Lead enterprise Salesforce architecture and modernization for ICF’s public-sector and federal clients. Shape capture strategy, proposals, technical delivery, and growth of the Salesforce practice.

Description

  • Architect and deliver complex Salesforce ecosystems for enterprise digital transformation programs
  • Develop scalable platform solutions tied to mission outcomes and long-term modernization objectives
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to ICF leaders and public-sector and federal clients
  • Contribute to early client discussions and define effective technical approaches
  • Direct solution architecture for priority business opportunities
  • Own technical solutioning for major bids while supporting capture and proposal activities
  • Advise business development teams and help grow ICF’s Salesforce practice
  • Combine client-facing pursuit responsibilities with hands-on architecture and delivery leadership
  • Contribute to proposals, oral presentations, technical demonstrations, and executive client engagements
  • Lead large-scale modernization programs across the public sector
  • Work closely with Salesforce and related technology partners

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable enterprise SaaS solutions
  • At least 5 years leading complex solutions, with strong enterprise architecture experience across integrations, security, scalability, and platform governance
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust and/or security clearance
  • Ability to reside and work within the United States
  • One or more primary Salesforce certifications preferred, such as Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, MuleSoft, Salesforce Data 360, and Agentforce or other AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities
  • Preferred experience supporting Department of War (Defense), civilian federal agencies, or FedRAMP and other high-security environments
  • Experience combining client-facing solutioning and pursuit work with hands-on architecture and delivery leadership
  • Experience contributing to proposals, oral presentations, technical demonstrations, and executive-level client discussions
  • Experience leading large-scale public-sector modernization programs
  • Prior consulting or systems integrator experience with enterprise clients
  • Hands-on experience using Codex, LLM-based tools, and agentic AI workflows in Salesforce environments
  • Additional preferred certifications include OmniStudio Consultant, Public Sector Solutions Accreditation, Platform Developer I, and Agentforce Specialist
