Senior Quality Lead, Data-Centric Healthcare Data

Description

  • Own data-testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting
  • Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing
  • Manage test data practices and use automation and data-validation tools to improve coverage
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage defects, and lead root-cause analysis
  • Advance quality throughout the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release-readiness processes
  • Develop client relationships and coordinate work across functions
  • Report quality status and business impact to executive audiences
  • Coach and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads
  • Convert complex data-quality concerns into clear business implications
  • Safeguard confidential customer information and follow HIPAA and company security requirements

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience managing projects, timelines, and resources effectively
  • At least three years of experience delivering strong customer service and meeting client expectations
  • At least three years of experience leading and mentoring small teams across the full SDLC
  • Ability to coach and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads
  • Leadership experience in large healthcare transformation, data migration, MDM, data warehouse, or integration programs
  • Knowledge of healthcare data domains including claims, membership, provider, and care management
  • Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake, Databricks, or comparable data platforms
  • Experience with test automation, data-validation tools, API testing, and JSON, XML, or file validation
  • Familiarity with Splunk or Dynatrace
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end healthcare business processes and regulatory quality standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience or education may substitute for a bachelor's degree at the company's discretion
  • Must comply with HIPAA, data-security requirements, company policies, and applicable laws
