Senior QA Analyst (Remote, Brazil)

Senior QA Analyst responsible for testing and automation across NEXDOM healthtech solutions for health plan operators, partnering with development, product, and other stakeholders to support reliable deliveries.

Description

  • Partner with development and product teams to uphold quality throughout the full development lifecycle
  • Plan and execute functional, regression, and automated test scenarios and cases
  • Build, improve, and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and integrations
  • Log, prioritize, and monitor defects through resolution
  • Bring a quality focus to Agile ceremonies, starting with requirements definition
  • Help establish, implement, and continuously improve QA strategies, processes, and practices
  • Assess potential impacts and support acceptance testing across multiple environments
  • Work with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performing products
  • Continuously improve testing practices, product quality, and the end-user experience

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a QA Analyst or Software Test Analyst
  • Hands-on experience automating tests with Cypress or Playwright
  • Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing
  • Experience working with Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience using test management and defect-tracking tools
  • Understanding of version control systems such as Git and continuous integration and delivery practices
  • Experience testing APIs with Postman, RestAssured, or comparable tools
  • Strong analytical ability, sound judgment, and attention to detail
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across functions
  • Clear communication, autonomy, and ability to influence technical decisions
  • Hands-on use of AI tools in test engineering
  • Knowledge of the Unimed system is a plus
  • Knowledge of SGU systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) is a plus
