Description
- Lead complex projects, initiatives, and consulting engagements
- Coordinate teams delivering services across the Architecture and Processes portfolio
- Deliver economically impactful initiatives aligned with corporate strategies
- Develop business cases and project budgets
- Plan projects and monitor critical delivery elements
- Ensure objectives are achieved within scope, schedule, and cost while meeting legal requirements
- Diagnose processes and conduct functional assessments of applications
- Standardize processes and implement improvement methodologies
- Optimize business processes
- Align technology enhancements with the corporate IT strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Postgraduate specialization in Logistics
- Completed postgraduate studies in Processes, Projects, Strategy, Productivity, Logistics, or Production, or a master’s degree in progress in one of these fields
- Relevant professional experience may substitute for postgraduate or master’s-level education
- For EPS roles, postgraduate study is preferred, along with certifications in quality management systems, ISO 9001, and process management methods such as Lean Six Sigma and Scrum
- Knowledge of process management, project management, Microsoft Office tools, data analysis, and data consolidation and correlation
- Three years of experience in process engineering, project delivery, indicator analysis, and report preparation
- Strong communication and service skills
