Senior .NET Developer

Modernize federal clients’ legacy applications and build cloud-native solutions with .NET, Angular, Azure, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.

Description

  • Build cloud-native applications with .NET 10, Angular 20+, and Azure, focusing on Web API and Entity Framework Core.
  • Collaborate across teams in an Agile environment.
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems.
  • Design, develop, and maintain client applications and systems.
  • Modernize legacy applications and guide migration strategies.
  • Design cloud-native solutions.
  • Manage varied tasks independently and collaboratively, adapting as needed.
  • Work with the Project Manager to address emerging client needs.
  • Align work with enterprise security, governance, and accessibility standards.
  • Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in accordance with applicable safeguards and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Be eligible for Public Trust.
  • Bring at least 7 years of demonstrated experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET development.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree, or have 5 additional years of experience in its place.
  • Have Microsoft Certified Professional and/or Azure certification.
  • Have experience refactoring and migrating .NET Framework applications to .NET Core, including ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience building and maintaining RESTful services and WCF.
  • Bring at least 4 years of experience with JavaScript and Angular v16 or later.
  • Have solid experience with Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core.
  • Have experience with Azure Cloud.
  • Have experience using Visual Studio Ultimate 2017/2019 or later, Azure DevOps, and Git.
  • Have containerization experience on Windows servers using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Know Scrum Agile development methodology well.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
