Senior Marketing Manager, Canada (Remote)

Lead Instacart’s consumer marketing strategy in Canada through integrated campaigns, brand partnerships, influencer programs, localized content, and budget management.

Description

  • Set and secure executive alignment for Instacart’s Canadian marketing strategy
  • Serve as the primary owner for strategy execution across cross-functional teams and agencies
  • Manage Canadian brand partnerships and agency relationships
  • Strengthen current partnerships and identify promising new opportunities
  • Deliver consumer, category, and competitive insights that support Canadian brand and business growth
  • Lead the Canadian influencer program and develop local content with media and agency partners
  • Ensure Canadian campaigns and content are accurate, culturally appropriate, and consistent with the brand
  • Use localization expertise to tailor owned and paid content
  • Maintain accurate, timely tracking of the Canadian monthly marketing budget
  • Report to the Director of Consumer Growth & Partnerships Marketing

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in brand and integrated campaign marketing
  • Experience at a US-based consumer technology company serving Canada as a distinct market is preferred
  • Proven ability to create marketing strategies, connect business objectives to brand narratives, and deliver standout campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of brand and campaign marketing, including briefs, channel strategy, agency collaboration, execution, and measurement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence presenting and defending strategy to VP and C-suite audiences
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian culture and market dynamics, including regional differences and Quebec audiences
  • Ability to build alignment and lead varied cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Knowledge of Québécois culture and bilingual English/French skills are preferred
