Senior Market Research Analyst – US Panels (Remote, Mexico)

Nielsen is seeking a senior market research analyst in Mexico to manage US survey panels, vendor operations, mailings, payouts, and data reconciliation. The role also applies AI to automate analysis and generate media insights.

Description

  • Manage panel-fielding plans, traffic, vendor results, and sampling quotas across active US recruitment channels
  • Investigate traffic declines and geographic sampling imbalances as they arise
  • Review, investigate, and correct daily data inconsistencies
  • Deliver insights, post-release analyses, and performance dashboards to leaders and external partners
  • Coordinate schedules for panel, mailing, and data-delivery milestones
  • Escalate production risks to downstream teams and implement contingency measures
  • Arrange mailings and respondent payments
  • Prepare mailing-address files and coordinate distribution timing
  • Maintain on-time delivery across mailing teams
  • Reconcile monthly vendor cost confirmations and payments with actual performance and valid respondent records
  • Improve workflows by applying modern AI tools to data analysis and task automation
  • Coordinate operations, data science, finance, and external vendors to deliver US panel recruitment, monitor traffic, manage mailing releases, and assess panel feasibility under demanding timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, market research, or a related discipline
  • At least four years of experience in media research or digital marketing and advertising
  • Hands-on experience with digital sampling and online research panels, including sourcing, management, feasibility, targeting, and fieldwork
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Experience using AI tools for data analysis, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Advanced spoken and written English skills
  • Knowledge of US geography, retail-sector dynamics, and the media environment
  • Strong analytical reasoning, precision, and time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while meeting tight deadlines
