Senior Manager, Applied AI at Digital Realty (Hybrid)
Connect Digital Realty’s business functions with data, AI, analytics, and automation solutions. Guide enterprise initiatives from discovery to delivery, with a focus on measurable business results.
Description
- Act as the trusted link between assigned business units and the Chief Data Office.
- Build senior leadership relationships to understand business goals, priorities, and operational challenges.
- Run discovery workshops to surface opportunities in data, AI, analytics, automation, and master data management.
- Shape initial solution concepts, future workflows, wireframes, and recommendations grounded in business needs.
- Present business cases that outline anticipated value, investment, resourcing, and measures of success.
- Work with business sponsors to assess, rank, and secure funding for initiatives.
- Coordinate with Chief Data Office teams on data needs, governance, integrations, and solution architecture.
- Keep proposed solutions consistent with enterprise data strategy, governance requirements, and scalable design.
- Work with project delivery managers to set plans, milestones, schedules, and delivery commitments.
- Track program risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and overall initiative health.
- Communicate with executives, support decisions, and align teams across functions.
- Check business results and adoption goals after solutions go live.
- Join Technology & Innovation teams in creating insight-led technical solutions for Digital Realty’s global data center platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, data analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in business engagement, solution consulting, enterprise transformation, data strategy, analytics, AI, or related work.
- Record of partnering with senior executives and shaping strategic decisions in complex enterprise settings.
- Consultative solution engineering skills, including translating business problems into workable technology solutions.
- Experience creating conceptual designs, wireframes, prototypes, process improvements, or solution recommendations.
- Working knowledge of enterprise data platforms, governance, analytics, AI, master data management (MDM), and systems integration.
- Experience preparing business cases, gaining executive sponsorship, and prioritizing investments.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work through ambiguity, question assumptions, influence without formal authority, and deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
