Description

  • Build and launch high-quality products and features at speed.
  • Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems.
  • Partner with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams in a data-driven experimentation environment.
  • Help estimate, plan, and deliver projects, features, and integrations.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing codebase.
  • Produce clean, thoroughly tested, high-performance software.
  • Take ownership of substantial areas of the codebase, establish ambitious timelines, and lead project delivery.
  • Create scalable technology for patients, dietitians, and insurance companies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of software engineering experience, including work on user-facing products.
  • At least three years of experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, React Native, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Amplitude, or the confidence and enthusiasm to learn these technologies through cross-training and upskilling.
  • Ability to independently guide a project from initial concept through implementation and rapid release.
  • Motivation to develop products end to end, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with interviewing is a plus.
  • Alignment with Nourish’s mission is a plus.
